Stop Smoking
All appointments made are subject to a £50 deposit payable at the time of making the appointment. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing (email) of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is received and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.
2 or more Appointments:
If 2 or more people would like to make an appointment for the stop smoking treatment, a £50.00 deposit is required per person. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is received and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.
Mobile Treatments:
We require a £50.00 deposit per person for mobile treatments. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is received and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.
Free Second Smoking Treatment
Should you required a second treatment this will be provided free of charge within a 30 day period. Should you fail to attend a free of charge appointment then a charge of £295.00 per session will be payable for any further treatment sessions and/or we reserve the right to refuse you any further treatment. Should you require treatment after 30 days, a fee of £295.00 payable (for 2 sessions) within the first 12 months and full price after 12 months.

Alcohol Treatments:
We require a minimum £200.00 deposit per person for all Alcohol treatments. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is received and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.
Alcohol Support Program
We require a minimum £400.00 deposit per person for all alcohol support programs. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the initial appointment. If no notification is received and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash. Any further support treatments are to be used over the following 11 months. Monthly appointment must be used in that month and can not be carried over. If appointments are missed they will be deducted from the course of treatment and we are under no obligation to offer or provide a refund or alternative days in lieu.
Alcohol & Drug Top Up Treatments
Should you wish to have any further treatment sessions these will be charged at the current treatment rates.
Drug Treatments:
We require a £400.00 deposit for all Drug treatments. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is provided and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.
Treatment Evaluation
Drug treatments are based upon a set number of days. It may become evident through the detox program that the individual is not following the treatment program. This does not happen very often but when it does, further treatments sessions or a break in treatment may be required. Any additional treatment sessions will incur additional costs and a break in treatment will result in lost treatment time. We reserve the right to charge £395.00 per session for any additional treatment sessions over the agreed number of treatment days.
Our methods work for nearly everyone depending upon him or her, actually wanting to stop their drug use and following the treatment program & instructions as full client commitment is essential for the best results. This treatment is an intervention to help the individual to stop and regain control however individuals are responsible for their long term success. This treatment is not suitable for people who have mental health issues, expect to be cured or are unable to follow simple instructions.
All Appointments & Missed Appointments
Appointments are made for consecutive days at the agreed times.
Appointment times may be subject to change and will be agreed daily if any changes are required.
If clients are late for an appointment this will be deducted from their treatment time. If appointments are missed they will be deducted from the course of treatment and we are under no obligation to offer or provide alternative days in lieu.
Refunds & Cancellations
Deposit refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is received and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash. If the appointment is made within two days and later cancelled or reappointed then the right to a refund is forfeited. All refunds are processed on the last day of each month, month end.
Unused Treatment Sessions
If any client fails to complete their course of treatment or if the individual completes the course of treatment earlier than expected, there will be no refunds issued for the unused treatment sessions.
Guarantee
No addiction treatment facility are able to offer individual assurances or personal guarantees as any treatment carries an element of risk and individual responsibilities and experiences may vary.
Treatment is provided based upon these terms and conditions and all clients agree to these terms when making an appointment for treatment.
